With finals fast approaching, no doubt everyone is feeling some type of stress. Here are six oddly satisfying videos to help you relax.

1. Flippy lid.

The best 18 seconds of your life will be spent watching a Tostitos lid flip around and around in someone's kitchen sink. I don't know why this is so satisfying. Maybe it's because the lid fits like a glove on the drain, maybe it's the sound it makes. Whatever the reason, I could watch it for the rest of my life.

2. Paint mixing.

Paint mixing videos have been trending on the internet and it's not hard to see why. It's almost like watching a Bob Ross video.

3. Kinetic Sand.

Kinetic sand is regular sand mixed with a type of silicone oil and it mimics the feel of wet sand. It never dries out, and it sticks only to itself. People really like watching kinetic sand being cut. I enjoy the sound it makes as the knife glides through the sand.

4. Power washing.

There's something so satisfying about watching cement that has decades worth of dirt and grime embedded in it become like new in a matter of seconds. Power washing compilations are my new favorite type of videos on YouTube. It's so purifying to power wash your stress away.

5. The machine that eats everything.

The jazzy music will sooth you as you watch a machine that can shred everything from a box of tampons to a soaking wet army blanket to a full couch! Honestly, this is probably my most favorite video on the internet.

6. Calligraphy.

Calligrapher Seb Lester has made a name for himself on the internet by showing off his beautiful calligraphy. It's so relaxing to watch.
