To my Roomies that I love to hate.

Just kidding, seriously I love my roommates. The past two years I've lived with two amazing girls and one of them is about to move out so I wanted to write a "thank you" letter to my college roommates.

Thank you for always letting me raid your closets. Seriously. Glad we wear the same size and have the same fashion sense.

Thank you for cooking me dinner. Turkey Spinach Lasagna Roll-ups, enough said.

Thank you for nursing me back to health whenever I'm hungover. RIP the weekend of December 11th... (y'all know what I'm talking about).

Thanks for owning a dog and NOT a cat. Okay so I know y'all have cats back home, but thanks for only bringing your dog to college with you. I love Sophie.

Thanks for loving the same shows and movies that I do.

Thanks for loving Netflix as much as I do, and introducing me to new shows/movies. Stranger Things. Picture Perfect. Bloodline. House.

Thanks for the late-night-Disney-song jam sessions. Thank you, Disney's Greatest Hits on Spotify.

Thanks for not judging me when I downed a whole bottle of wine.
OR when I binge watch the Real Housewives....
(Orange County, Dallas, New York, and Beverly Hills).

Thanks for always being up for spur of the moment trips to get queso. Torchy's or Fuego, I don't judge.

Thanks for letting my lie in your beds for no reason at all. Seriously I took some really great naps in y'alls beds.

Thanks for not judging me when I want to lie in MY bed all day. Some days I have an 8 am and somedays I don't even have class and just don't even want to get up.

Thanks for being as weird as I am... Okay maybe a little more weird...

Thanks for always being honest with me. Even when I sometimes don't want to accept it.

Thanks for always being there for me when I needed y'all the most.

Thanks for putting up with me being a mom sometimes. Let's be honest, out of the three of us, I'm definetly the mom.

Thanks for being understanding when I have meltdowns about the apartment not being clean... (sorry I have major OCD and a need to always clean things).

Thanks to Aggie Sweethearts for bringing us together.

Most importantly, thanks for always being yourselves.
I honestly do not know what I would have done without y'all the past couple of years. It's been amazing living with y'all. You'll be missed AH.

Love you both so much, xoxo.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
