Nonchalant Sosaa : Journey of Faith and progress leading to Golden achievements!

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nonchalant Sosaa.

Nonchalant, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far. I started rapping at an early age just for fun. I grew up in a church home with my mother, grandmother, and uncles so you can say that we were pretty close. I started taking music seriously about three years ago when I released my first song “It’s Lil Trizz”. I was so surprised at how my city, Baton Rouge, received it. Seeing all of that love made me start taking it more seriously. I’ve opened for a couple of rapper acts such as Lil Trill, which was my first big opening and my second big opening was for Webbie. I’ve gotten to where I am today by just working hard, keeping God first, and being happy for other people’s seasons to shine while I was waiting. I have so much further to go but I’m so happy and grateful to be making progress and seeing where I’m going.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you? It hasn’t been a smooth road but it’s been worth it because it’s molding me into what I’m becoming. I used to sell my CDs for hours in good and bad weather, perform at local showcases, and just rap for anybody. Now I’m kind of able to just release my music and start campaigns to reach larger audiences. I worked several jobs also along the way that I hated but I always felt like they were just stepping stones and phases in my life that humbled me and made my faith stronger in God.We’d love to hear more about your work and what you are currently focused on.

What else should we know? My business is rapping, songwriting, and performing. I specialize in all 3. I’m mostly known for my rapping and songwriting abilities. I’m most proud of my songwriting. What sets me apart from others is my work ethic and I’m also not afraid to fail.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?I’ve never really had good luck. Just faith in God and hard work

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
