If you’re like me, you’ve been having sleepless nights the past few weeks wondering what the new season of American Horror Story will be. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has stayed up till 3 in the morning reading articles and re-watching the teaser trailers on what the new season will be. Okay so maybe not everyone is that obsessed. STILL.
For any AHS fan, I hope we are all starting to form our own theories on what this season will be about! After all, this is the first time the producers have kept it this much of a mystery and not to mention the season premiere is less than a week away!
There are a ton of teaser trailers out and the problem is how different they all are. At first, I thought the new season would be about a farmhouse. The first few trailers reminded me of Courage the Cowardly Dog and there were some rumors that the new season would be based on an aspect of that since other trailers had cornfields and crop circles in it. The next few trailers had to do with wind chimes made out of teeth, a demon baby, and a nail gun being shot into a man’s head.
These seem so unrelated and therefore my farmhouse idea was knocked out the window. The most recent trailers have been about insects crawling into eyes and in mouths and like I stated, there is a demon baby. Could it possibly be about fears? Still, who has a fear of a farmhouse? As another video was about a demented doll, I believe that the theme is going to be “fears.” EVERYONE at some point has had a fear of dolls, especially after watching Chucky.
Yes, some of the other trailers may not fit EXACTLY into that theme, but hey, I think we all have a fear of all the possibilities they have shown. Another thing is, all of the trailers may not even BE related to the season. The producers may just be choosing one of those??? I mean I doubt it but still…. I can’t help but wonder….
