Netflix + Workout= Two words that are extremely contradictory. One is your favorite thing to do and the other, you just wish it was possible to obtain the results instantly. Well, what if I told you that you could enjoy both at the same time?
Whether you are watching a marathon of your favorite show on TV or starting a new series on Netflix, you need something to make you feel like it’s okay to keep watching. The solution is to workout while watching your show.
