Nathan Scott—From Bad Guy To Dream Guy

The television show "One Tree Hill" holds a special place in my heart. My love for this show can be attributed to the characters. The entire cast is genuine and relatable. As you watch the show, you become invested in the characters because of their growth as individuals and the amazing people they become. Take for example Nathan Scott.

Nathan Scott starts off as the party-boy, arrogant basketball star. He cheats on his girlfriend, is selfish, and makes Lucas’s (his half-brother) life a living hell. Then something changes, he meets Haley. While originally Nathan only pursues Haley because she is Lucas’s best friend and he wants to get under Lucas’s skin, Nathan’s plans take a different route when he ends up falling for Haley. A bookworm and selfless, Haley is the complete opposite from Nathan, but over time, she comes to fall for him and is ultimately responsible for making Nathan to into a better man. He becomes an amazing friend, brother, husband, and father. So here are 13 moments where you fall for Nathan Scott and the man he becomes.

1.When a present he gives starts a tradition

2. When he lets go of his pride

3. When he sheds his bad boy image for Haley

4. His spontaneous proposal

5. When he believed in their marriage when few people did

6. When he risks his life to save Haley

7. When he admits he was always proud of Haley even when she left to go on tour with Chris Keller

8. When he declines a basketball offer from his dream college to take care of his family

9. When he credits his transformation to Haley

10. When he puts his son's bully into place

11. When he helps his son overcome his fear

12. When he gives Haley this compliment

13. And when he thanks Haley's mom

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
