18. People will be mean to you; they will spread lies, call you names, and talk about you behind your back. Eventually, you will realize that it is petty and stupid and not worth your time. You’ll be right. Move on with your life.

19. There will always be someone prettier, smarter, funnier, or more popular than you. The beauty of it is that it isn’t a competition.

20. "Don't chase men. Chase your goals, because they won't wake up one day and say they don't love you anymore."

21. “Rihanna wouldn’t put up with your shit so neither will I.”

22. “I wonder how much of what weighs me down is not mine to carry.”

23. “You touched me and your fingerprints have never left my skin.”

24. “Being happy is a very personal thing -- and it really has nothing to do with anyone else.”

26. “Loving God changes the way you love others.”

27. “A good night sleep, or a ten minute bawl, or a pint of chocolate ice cream, or all three together, is good medicine.”

29. “Always try your best to ignore your 2 a.m. feelings.”

30. Less “I love you the way you are so please don’t ever change” and more “I love you the way you are, and I will love and support you in any changes you need to make to be happy.”
