It's already my second year in college and I'm having different experiences from my first year. One, I'm feeling mature; two, my diet changed; three, my style changed. There are so many things that have changed on how I feel about certain things such as graduation, deadlines, my future and home. Any college student would tell you that college is not easy; there's the hard work and there's that roller coaster ride of emotions. But somehow this year feels different for me than my first year in college.
Regardless of what I'm going through, I still need to put all of these thoughts aside and focus on what's important: my studies specifically deadlines. But as I mentioned earlier, this year feels different as in I'm already dragging myself to finish deadlines, and to study for upcoming exams. I still don't know the reason why this year feels different and why I'm dragging myself instead of pushing myself. Is it because it's the first month back to school, or is it because it's my second year and I'm taking it easy. But either way, I need to find a way to keep up going to finish the race line (graduation).
After all, the only thing that hasn't changed from the first year is my love for this college. It still feels like I belong here. I still feel I made the best choice when I chose this college. Every day I walk on campus, I feel like this is my first time walking there being amazed at all the buildings.
