Gecko and Fly Quotes

To Whom it may concern,

The following is my response to some of the comments on Triggering I got.

1. Yes I used Urban Dictionary to define triggering as I see it as a social obsession.... Therefore the use of Webster's Dictionary.... If they even were to have an entry for "triggering" would be inadequate.

2. I was not commenting on triggering as a whole but on Political Correctness and the use of triggering to amplify such a heinous disease on Freedom of Speech

3. Should anyone have psychological issues I highly encourage you to attend CAPS or call your local healthcare provider to get the help you need in order to live live to the fullest. Any emails sent to me regarding your personal and continued struggles will be sent to the necessary authorities as I cannot be held responsible for failure to report. I will not stand idly by while someone is harming themselves

4. Social Media is an interesting tool and anything you post can be seen believe it or not. So if you were to go on tumblr and say that I am a bigot and a misogynist and furthermore say that I have no right to have an opinion due to the fact I am a man... then always remember that can be seen by everyone. Even the person concerned.... the administration.. adults... God... Aquaman,,, whomever has access to a computer and wi-fi.

5. "If someone online is posting about wanting to die or kill themselves, feeling hopeless, trapped, like a burden to others, or seeking revenge, you can encourage them to call the Lifeline. You can also contact social media safety teams, who will reach out to connect the user with the help they need. Call 1-800-273-TALK (8255) at any time for help if a friend is struggling." - National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

6. I STAND BY MY OPINIONS PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED. Triggering can have its positive uses but it has gotten our of control and become apart of the social disease known as Political Correctness. I believe it has gotten to this point due to the fact that people at an age cannot control their emotions and therefore they feel the need to control others. It has become a form of censorship and therefore is a threat to freedom of speech.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
