Can't everything be described perfectly by a song?

Sometimes it can be really hard to share your feelings—to find an appropriate way to express them with the world. Music is the place where you can find everything. There are songs out there for any situation, for every feeling, for everyone. Here are 16 songs that are my go-tos. When you put them all together, they express me perfectly.

1. "H.O.L.Y." by Florida Georgia Line

Could there be a more beautiful love song? This song does not describe my life, but I pray every day that one day it will. To be loved like this and to love like this is my dream.

2. "7 Years" by Lukas Graham

Lukas helps you remember how time flies past. He reminds you that everything in the world is pushing you to grow up as fast as possible, and that we need to slow down and enjoy our lives while we have them because you're only seven once. Don't let your life pass you by without living it.

3. "Love Yourself" by Justin Bieber

I really do not like Justin, so it causes me some pain to add this song, but its message is important. Sometimes you need to just love yourself, focus on yourself, but don't hurt anyone because of it. When you enter a relationship, it's not about you anymore.

4. "Hallelujah" by Panic! at the Disco

Sometimes I just need to scream for joy and with this song, I do—how could you not? We are not all perfect, but we are all the same; we can make it. We just have to keep praying and trying, but we are making it and we should sing praise and thank God for bearing with us.

5. "Hero" by Sterling Knight

I want to find my hero, an ordinary guy with heart and soul who can be my hero.

6. "Every Storm (Runs Out of Rain)" by Gary Allen

Sometimes it seems like no matter what you do, nothing is going to change. That it is never going to get better, but it will. Like Gary Allan says, every storm runs out of rain. Just hold on and it will all get better.

7. "Always Sing" by RaeLynn

RaeLynn is an amazing person and singer. Again everything gets better. This is almost like the happier version of "Every Storm (Runs Out of Rain)." My best friend and I will go cruising and scream this song until we feel better sometimes.

8. "Break Free" by Of Mice and Men

Sometimes, though, I really need to scream and then I play this song. It will get you pumped to fight a battle. It gives me strength. I am enough all on my own.

9. "My Demons" by Starset

This song is kind of like a thank you note and a cry for help all in one. We all have a person in our lives that keeps us grounded, makes us feel OK, heals our pain and this song is for them.

10. "Crying on a Suitcase" by Casey James

And sometimes we just need to cry. It might just be a girl thing, but sometimes it just feels really good to cry, to nonstop wail and cry our eyes out. Somehow when we are done, at least for me, we feel better. I like crying to this song.

11. "Don't Lean on Me" by Amity Affliction

There are times when we are so low that we feel as if we are dragging everyone else down with us. This song is a beautiful way of saying that I cannot bear to take you with me because you are the only thing holding me up.

12. "That Don't Sound Like You" by Lee Brice

Have you ever had that person in your life, at the time they are one of the most important people in the entire world and then something changes? It hurts. This song is a testament to them. You are still an essential part in our lives, but they're just not the same anymore.

13. "Far Away" by Nickelback

And then sometimes the person you need is just too far away. You want them close, and you dream that they are, but they are not.

14. "Goner" by Twenty One Pilots

Sometimes you just feel like no matter what there is no coming back. You are done. You have given up. You're a goner.

15. "Happy Song" by Bring Me the Horizon

There are times when you will try anything to feel happy. Sometimes this "happy" song does the trick. It's catchy and full of emotion, and you get to scream.

16. "My Heart I Surrender" by I Prevail

"To you my heart I surrender," even though you do not even know it. My hopes and fears are outlined in this song.

As I am sure you can now tell, I am a hopeless romantic with an extremely eclectic taste in music who just wants to be loved and have everything work out perfectly right now. Oh, and I like to scream!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
