Remember when you couldn't wait for the fist day of school, and the excitement continued to build as you went school shopping for new clothes, new backpacks, and thought about seeing your friends after a summer apart?
When you get to college, that excitement is there, but there's also a lot of nerves entering your freshman year because you are at a new place with hundreds of new faces, and new professors. You meet your roommate, new friends, and maybe a significant other.
Entering my first year, I feel those nerves in the pit of my stomach about starting class, getting to the class on time, figuring out where that class is. However, now that I've met new friends, and met my roommate, those nerves about the first day have subsided a bit.
At my school, I know that there are people here who will support me in everything that I do, and I'm very fortunate to have people like that in my life. College has been one of the most amazing adventures I've ever been on, and I can't wait for the next for years!
