My 10 Favorite Shows On Netflix

These TV shows glued my ADHD brain to the screen.

My 10 Favorite Shows On Netflix

Let me just start by saying I am in no means a TV connoisseur. I am a poor college student that doesn't really watch cable. If I'm in the mood for some mind-numbing action, I put on Netflix to relax for the time being. My picks are in no specific order. These shows all captured my attention in many different ways. It's really hard for me to stay dedicated and attentive to a TV show, but these all stole my heart in one way or another. I think you all will really enjoy these if you haven't already!

1. "Nurse Jackie"

If you're into dark humor, realistic, melodramatic and comedic medical shows, this is for you.

2. "Shameless"

If you know or have dysfunctional, unconventional, screwed up, drunken families that make bad decisions and have terrible relationship problems, "Shameless" is right up your alley.

3. "American Horror Story"

"American Horror Story" is scary and kept me glued right to the screen. It's a horror, but not too scary to the point where you can't sleep — it'seems the right amount to keep you addicted to the series. "Asylum" was my personal favorite!

4. "One Tree Hill"

Who doesn't love a good teenage drama? Teen pregnancy, marriage, deceit, lust, love, everything a girl could ever dream of. Well not really, but it's still really good!

5. "Dexter"

Serial killer that works for Miami Metro Homicide and whose father was a cop. Yeah, enough said.

6. "New Girl"

Quirky, innocent, off the beaten path school teacher Jess lives in the city with three horny men. Could life be better?

7. "Grey's Anatomy"

Love, lies, drama, tears, relationships, deaths, mind-boggling scenarios. This one will pull your heartstrings in every direction. Give it a chance.

8. "Orange Is The New Black"

Warning: Nudity and language is ridden throughout this series so beware if you have children around you. But "OITNB" will have you crying laughing tears.

9. "Breaking Bad"

Meth, cancer, lies and money. Welcome to the 21st century.

10. "F Is For Family"

Finally, a cartoon comedy that resembles that typical, cynical American family. You will be laughing hysterically over how much this resembles your family.
