Amine has gotten more attention now a days than it has back in the day. With shows like PokƩmon and Dragon Ball Z that are well known examples that have attracted so many young people to these types of cartoons. As a huge anime fan, with well over 10 years of experience of watching 200+ shows, here are 8 must watch anime you need to see!

1. Natsume Yuujinchou (Natsume`s Book of Friends)

"Natsume Yuujinchou" Genre: Mystery, Supernatural, Slice of Life, Drama, Fantasy, Shoujo

"Natsume Yuujinchou" follows Takashi Natsume, a boy who is able to see yokai. Both him and Madara, his bodyguard, otherwise known as, Nyanko-sensei, continue their quest to release yokai from their contracts in the "Book of Friends".

"Inuyasha" follows Kagome Higurashi, a fifteen-year-old girl whose normal life ends when a demon drags her into a cursed well on the grounds of her family's shrine. Instead of hitting the bottom of the well, Kagome ends up 500 years in the past during Japan's Sengoku period with the demon's true target, a magical jewel called the Shikon Jewel, reborn inside of her.
After a battle with a demon accidentally causes the sacred jewel to shatter, Kagome gets the aid of a young half demon named Inuyasha to help her collect the shards and prevent them from falling into the wrong hands.
