Not many people recognize Instagrammers from the Pacific Northwest. Well, what you have been missing are these fantastic accounts that you should start following to make your feed filled with beautiful images and inspiring captions. From fashion to sports, here are my favorite Instagram users from PNW!

@robstrok

Rob Strok is a PNW based photographer capturing natures most jaw-dropping sceneries in the Northwest. He was a student at Henry M. Jackson High School, and now he is traveling the world, taking breathtaking photos and videos or otherwise living the dream.

While many photographers have tried to copy his style, Strok continues to remain as one of Instagram’s most popular nature photographers.

@1924us

Christian Watson of 1924us is an absolute genius and my personal favorite of all times. Watson delivers a very unique style of film photography that reveals his PNW roots, and his branding works that is unmatched by no other.

Using antique equipments, he depicts an analog style of artistry with a modern finish. He expresses himself with raw, positive light and consistently amazes his audience through various mediums of art.

Watson has created an unique identity for himself, as he worked relentlessly throughout the stages of his life. Now with over 500K followers on Instagram, he is definitely one of the most prominent artist in the PNW.

@andrewparsons_photography

Seattle is seldom recognized for its fashion names, nor its photographers. However, among the few names that are being thrown around, Andrew Parson is the one that I’ve recognized the most.

You can find his works published on fashion magazines including The Fashionisto, The Vulkan Magazine, Flannelle Magazine and many more. He has years of experience in fashion and portrait photography, and he has attended many photography workshops, including the recent one by Lara Jade.

Parson’s images are very crisp, professional, and well directed under his artistic abilities. Make sure to check out more of his artwork on his Instagram and his online portfolio.

If you are into lifestyle blogs, or make-up tutorials, or whatever is it that you girls watch on Youtube all the time, this girl will have it. I think I saw one titled “What’s on my Iphone 7” or “My Apartment Tour” and other things like that you would find in a blog. She’s a young lifestyle blogger/Youtuber that started back when she was in high school and now she’s made a solid living out of this.

Not going to lie, I’m very jealous of her lifestyle. being able to afford a nice apartment in the city, and a brand new luxury SUV, and she's not even 20 years old yet.

@judahsmith

If you are a regular attendee of The City Church, you probably have heard of this guy before: Pastor Judah Smith.

He’s young, he’s funny, and he delivers incredibly powerful and relatable sermons every Sunday. He is a proud Seattleite, and a huge fan of the Seahawks and the Mariners.

While I’m not a faith-driven Christian myself, I look for Pastor Smith’s sermons in search of inspiration. His sermons have always been relatable to modern day problems, and incredibly easy to pay attention to with his witty cross over scenarios.

@mariners

I’m not even a huge baseball fan but I show love for my hometown team. Seattle Mariners, my oh my, we sure need to get to the Playoffs this year. We have been so close every season and we are always hoping that this is THE year.

Let’s show our home team some support so that they may well deserve and let’s all pray that we produce outstanding results this season.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
