There are times when life just hits us in the face and you just feel really crummy. Most of us handle these types of days differently. Some eat copious amounts of ice cream and chocolate. Some eat other types of junk food, I usually drown myself in pizza. Others binge watch tv series or movies on Netflix. And others read books. I do all of these and I also listen to music that makes me feel better, some may also be sad sounding and others sound incredibly happy, all types help me feel better. Here are just a few songs that I listen too when I am down.
