5 Music Festivals You Can Not Miss This Summer

Summer is the perfect time for being outside. So what is a better way to spend it then at a music festival?

Governors Ball: June 3-5

Set in New York New York this festival has proven they are a good time! Despite anything the show always goes on. Bands featured this summer are The Strokes, The Killers, Death Cab for Cutie, Of Monsters and Men, M83 and many othe ralternative bands (and maybe even Kanye himself).

Firefly: June 16-19

Set in the woodlands of Dover Deleware, this is one hippie festival you do not want to miss. Camping and the best bands from today's alternative, indie and DJs. Some of the many bands featured this year are Saint Motel, Tame Impala, Of Monsters and Men, Kaleo, Florence and the Machine, Blink-182, Mumford and Sons and Grouplove.

Vans Warped Tour: June 22- August 13

Vans Warped Tour travels all over the country all summer long! This all day event gives you the chance to meet your favorite bands, watch acoustic sets and see them live. Not to mention the endless tents filled with things to do, buy and learn. But get ready for mosh pits because this is no Coachella. Vans Warped Tour features the greatest pop punk bands. This year some of the bands featured are: Sum41, Crown the Empire, Mayday Parade, Yellowcard, Issues, I See Stars, We The Kings, 3OH!3 and many more!

Lollapalooza: July 28-31

Set in Chicago this is a huge and worldly known festival you don't want to miss this summer! Every year there are huge and famous artists. This year they have The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Radiohead and Lana Del Rey, so be sure to check this out!

Electric Daisy Carnival: June 17-19

Set in Las Vegas this year's amazing festival will be a huge rave where the party never stops. They have amazing stages, art, performers and rides. The crowds are electric and you totally want to be there. The Insomniac's Funkdafied Freaks will enchant your weekend, so get ready for one wild ride!
