For many, senior year is coming to a close and so is their college career. They are getting ready to move on to a new chapter of their lives, but before they do everyone should complete the college bucket list. Whether it be the traditions that are carried on or just fun events that occur while at college, you should not leave college without feeling like you have completed everything you wanted to during your time there. To the Michigan State seniors graduating this May, this is a bucket list just for you:
1. Paint the Rock
Every day a different group or organization paints the rock. It is a way of promoting what ever your organization stands for. You camp out just to get the rock to make sure no one takes it before you and to make sure no one paints over it. Definitely a must!
2. Kiss Center Court
For every senior in the Izzone, they understand how exciting and important it is to kiss center court. On the last home game the seniors are pulled right at the end depending on the game to kiss the court and than are honord by everyone. After all the festivities have ended, the senior members of the Izzone get their chance to honor the same tradition.
3. Try Every Flavor at the Dairy Store
Everyone knows that MSU is known for the Dairy Store that has so many different flavors that everyone should try.
4. Go To Izzone Campout Once
This occurs every year right before basketball season starts. It gives you the chance to meet the whole basketball team and Izzo.
5. Attend At Least One Game For Each Sport
Even if you are not a sports fan, you should still go to some games because the atmosphere for any sporting event is just a whole new level.
6. Eat At Every Cafeteria
There are 8 different cafs at MSU, one of them being Brody which is one of the cafs that gets the most recognition. Each caf has different types of food depending on the size.
7. Attend Bash and Rama
Even if you are not much of a drinker you, should attend Rama at the Riv and Bash at Pt's at least once. Pitchers are half off while burgers and fries are only a dollar.
8. Go To Karaoke at Crunchy's and have a bucket
9. Attend a UAB Concert
From Macklemore, Timeflies, Easton Corbin to We The Kings, MSU has brought all different types of people to concerts for either free or cheap compared to what it could be at other venues.
10. Eat On The Patio Of Peanut Barrel
This is just a must.
11.Take a Picture With Sparty both the Mascot and the Statue
If you didn't do this your freshmen year, you didn't do college right.
12. Attend a Free Movie at Wells or Advance ScreeningsOur favorite word in college: free.
13.Get a Picture with all the Iconic things on Campus
Grab your friends, a camera and snap some fun pics.
14. Fall in Love with MSU all over againGo green or go home.
