Lately there has been a realization, as an ultimatum, of discrepancy in life, in referral to simply very bad people in this world. These people get their feelings from their names being slipped from your parted lips and swim in the satisfaction of having an upper hand. As unhealthy of an environment as this is, most people consciously believe that no action is the best action for standing up for ones self. There in lies harassment and mind games for there will always be someone in your life who gets off at the thought of you being down. A recent observation found that not acknowledging an issue is the best problem solving tool in stabilizing substantial happiness in the process of preluding to do whatever the heck it is that you want to do. Happiness is achievable by circumstance and opportunity. Unhappiness is attained when blindly letting darkness commend itself into your smile and taint you with the everlasting commands of people who have yet to discover what it means to be alive as a person with a carpe diem soul. It is so, very, easy to have a life without pain, darkness and anxiety. We simply have taught one another that struggles are normal to evolve, and through the evolution without proper understanding of such a "necessary" thing as pain, we hurt those we care about most. In the end, we have no one to blame but the ones who taught us to think the way we do. For then, we thank them for allowing us the opportunity to teach ourselves the right way to be happy.

Its an incredulously confusing thing, for example, when the people you are supposed to care about most, teach you over and over again why you should feel hate towards said people you care about, and that same compassion escapes those people when such a thing is needed most. There is a lack of identity in ones self in this, but in also ones morals. These deceive ones self in believing that compassion is a relevant emotion. And in this cycle, lost souls find themselves, unhappy. You find it in war, politics, family, friends, lovers and society. If you were not confused about what it means to be stable with your eyes open to see such a thing, curiosity commends you.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
