World Mental Health Day is coming and one of the best ways to help a friend is to provide resources, support, and acceptance. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, 1 in 5 U.S. adults have a mental illness, however, way too many don't receive proper mental health care. Let's advocate for public health and mental health.

Therapy is normal, medication is more than just OK, and asking for help is encouraged.

Mental illness stigma is real, but there are always people here to help end any discrimination once and for all.
