To be completely honest, I was really excited to switch to Zoom classes because I had one class in particular that really stressed me out, and I thought meeting online would make it easier.
However, I came to find out that meeting through Zoom requires just as much attention, interaction, and participation. This turned out to be a good thing because it didn't allow me to cut corners, and I'm glad I didn't!
I just finished this stressful class, and I can say with confidence that I got a lot out of it, even through Zoom. Obviously, meeting in person is still the ideal way, but my professor made sure to keep our class engaging and entertaining. She kept her energy up and made me feel like I was still in the classroom.
However, I don't like meeting with my friends online! There's something about having them next to you that makes your connection so much stronger and the laughs so much louder. It's a lot harder to connect, though I'm grateful for it nevertheless!
