If you are a full-time student in college about to enter into your junior or senior year, there's probably a bunch of butterfly feelings that you may be experiencing. Okay, maybe it's just me but the reality is, once August comes within the next few months, it will officially mean that we as juniors only have one year left before we're actually adults. Call me crazy, but it really just hit me, especially because of the many commencements that are taking place this month.

To be honest, let's be serious here, you see all of your upperclassmen friends graduating getting ready to enter the real world and excited to really finally be on their own, while you are on the sidelines about to miss them so much. You begin to look at yourself and realize that soon enough you will truly be in their shoes within a matter of just a year. Sure it's technically two years, but seriously, once 2017 officially arrives and that clock strikes midnight on January 1, 2017 time will be ticking.

Take a look at how far you have come from within these past two years. From freshmen year to the end of sophomore year, it kind of went slowly at first but then all of a sudden it really started going by fast, to the point where it feels like life was catching up to you way ahead of time.

It's almost as if you kind of want to go back in time and slow everything down just a little bit, but still make time to go just at your own pace.

Truth is, we all may say that we want to just graduate and get out of college as soon as possible, but the fact is if you really ask yourself right now at this very moment, can you truthfully say that you are ready to enter into the real world? Can you say that you're ready to start paying rent? Are you ready to fully depend on yourself? Are you willing to handle all of the responsibility of what it takes to be a decent adult?

I know these are some really deep questions but it's time to face the facts and start getting yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally prepared for these last two years of college. I am literally writing this article to all college students out here in this country, especially the ones about to enter into their junior year because now it is seriously crunch time. This is the moment where everything comes into play when determining the course of your future.

Start thinking about what you want to achieve on a personal and academic level within these last two years. Don't be afraid to get ahead and start thinking about graduate school. Begin to network even more and build connections to professionalize your resume. Take career, internship, volunteer, and study abroad opportunities that you have always wanted to embark on. Make those close relationships with your friends even closer because once we graduate, everyone will finally be going off in their own directions.

Overall, make these next two last years count to the fullest. Step outside of your comfort zone and don't be afraid to go outside of the box and do things that are spontaneous and daring. Live out your life and make silly mistakes. Most of all, if you haven't already, try to keep finding yourself. See what drives you in life as you find your passion and purpose in this world.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
