This isn't a plea to free an artist that I happen to favor, it is more so an awareness factor that Charlie Wingate (Max B) shouldn't be the victim behind the cell.

See, Max B has had plenty of run-ins with the law, posting bail in 2006 after an eight year stint from robbery charges, he signed with Jim Jones and joined ByrdGang. The partnership didn't last long, as they shortly begin beefing. Max B was behind a lot of Jim Jones success, said to have written his most popular song to date, 'Ballin'. Max B's career propelled afterlife with ByrdGang, throwing needed shots in most of his material in the future to come.

Aside from all the musical aspects that Max B was going through, law troubles found a way to reemerge. It was stated that his now ex-girlfriend Gina Conway and her brother Kelvin Leerdam ambushed a guy by the name of Allan Plowden, tied him up and waited for his partner in hopes of revenue. The partner, David Taylor, came and that led to him being shot in the head. A robbery gone wrong? What makes it worse is that it is alleged that Max B orchestrated the matter. One of the members in the situation were caught and that shortly led to his arrest on January 9, 2007.
