Making A Fraternity Cooler as Explained by Gifs

From the moments of excitement to the hours of delusion and exhaustion, we sorority girls push through in order to finish these formal coolers.

That moment when you first get asked to go to a fraternity formal...

Heading to Walmart with your friends to pick up cooler making supplies and still feeling great...

Trying to figure out which primer and paint sticks to awkward plastic...

When you check out and your total is $50 for a plastic cooler and paint...

When you get back home and start finding really cute ideas on Pinterest and the excitement returns...

And then you start trying to figure out how to perfectly paint a detailed Jack Daniels bottle onto rough plastic.

You mess up for the first time.

But then you really nail one of the sides and feel like a proud fifth grader in art class every time someone compliments it.

You've lost track of how many days you spent working on the cooler and realize a piece of plastic has become a greater priority than school.

And then finally, you finish the damn thing.

Two days into the formal the entire cooler is chipped and dirty.
