Taylor Swift is famous for her catchy, upbeat pop ballads about love and heartbreak, and as a former teenage girl, I have an extreme love for her music. Although her songs are pretty simplistic there are some lyrics that stand out as particularly powerful, if not borderline profound. Over the course of her career, Taylor’s music style has changed, but her ability to express the thoughts and feelings of her listeners remains the same.
