Adding onto my article from last week, "Why I Love My Little Diamond," I thought I'd shine some light on why little diamonds love their big diamonds. The reason sorority women are given bigs, and in Alpha Delta Pi's case, big diamonds, is to have a mentor to help them grow in the sorority. But for most, it is more than that. A big diamond is your best friend, your confider, your party crew, and even a top candidate for being a bridesmaid at your wedding. Some of the ladies from the Zeta Phi chapter of Alpha Delta Pi tell me why they love their big diamond:

And this article wouldn't be complete if I didn't talk about my own big diamond. So, hey! I remember meeting you at the ice cream social our Panhellenic conference holds every year and thinking you were pretty cool person, especially being from Charleston like me. Then, you popped up again as my preference day partner and we connected over American Horror Story and being awkward. When we put down our top picks to be our big diamond, of course I put you, and look at us now!
I love my big diamond because we're both obsessed with our dogs, we've shared the same office and you've never been reluctant to help me, we've had some of the best times together, and you helped me when I was at my worst. I've always been proud to call you my big diamond, and I can't wait for the years to come. And of course, I love ya!
