Chin up! I understand you have questions. What , When, Where, Why? How did you get here in this place of hurt, heartache, sadness, defeat? Unable to even look me in the eye? Today it ends! We are human, we are weak but remember Psalm 73:26 "My flesh and my heart may fail but God is strength of my heart and my portion forever".

What? Happened? So much hurt! The circumstances out of your control. The 10 percent that happens to us. The sickness, deceit, dishonesty, broken promises, and loss. I've been there remember? I've walked in your shoes. Your story isn't finished, blank pages and chapters yet to be written. Relationships yet unknown and successes yet untasted. You're a survivor. Gain perspective and get tired. Tired of being sick and tired, make a choose to rise and thrive.

When? When will I ever feel whole? Will I feel this way the rest of my life? This feeling of brokenness and loneliness, it stops now! Today, tomorrow, and each day forward will start with God, stay with God and end with God. Isaiah 43:2 says, "When you go through deep waters. I will be with you." You were made in his image without question or mistake. You have victory in your veins as He has placed it there. Ask God today and everyday to guard your heart and soul; protection from the hurt of this world. Along with comfort and the ability to prevail future challenges.

Where? I don't know where to start? Start here, start now! If he has brought you to it; he will bring you through it. Your strength in Him is a gift and as you become an overcomer you may be drawn to help others. God gives us the power to be givers; to lift others up. A gift that costs nothing but has so many riches. Your past becomes a place of reference but not a place to live so utilize your experiences to touch the lives of others.

Why? Me? What have I done to deserve this hurt? This setback? Realize your set back is just a set up for a comeback! Lose despair and gain life. Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you. Plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future". Look at yourself through my eyes, only then will you realize how special you are.

Now stand tall, shoulders back, chin up! As I glanced back, to myself in the mirror, I told myself, "'I've got this"!
