Living With College Roommates As Told By Dogs

You hate them and you love them. They're there for you in the worst of times and the best of times. Sometimes they won't leave you alone, but hey, sometimes they're just what you need to put a smile back on your face. Yes. Yes, I am talking about dogs. And yes. Yes, I am talking about roommates. To be honest, there are moments where you really can't tell a difference and here are seven instances where you know what I'm talking about.

1. You enjoy a morning where you can sleep in a bit and put responsibilities on hold.

Until you realize your roommate is right in your face waiting for you to get up and start giving them attention.

2. You come home to witness they are not doing what they are supposed to be doing.

They are setting themselves for mischief when you know for a fact they have responsibilities to take care of. But nonetheless we all have off days.

3. Working out becomes easier when you have a buddy.

The trick is to make it seem like you don't need it. You're just doing it for the benefit of the buddy.

4. When they have a slight mental freak out over who the heck knows what.

And there's most likely physical and or emotional damage to the house or mind respectively.

5. When food becomes a comfort to your pal and you just need to sit there non-judgmentally let them take over the fridge so they can be with what is really important to them, regardless of sobriety.

It speaks for itself.

6. And when you know their heart is in the right place and they just try to bring you a nice treat or just stay out of your hair...

...but it ends up a disaster and they tell you straight up what's up because yes, they love you.

7. And last but not least, the instances where living with your roommates can be depicted by our furry friends.

No matter what trouble you get in...or whatever you need to cry about...they will be there for you.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
