Yeah hi this is your big sister, the one who you think knows nothing. Well I’m going to let you in on a little secret, I’ve been where you are before. Everything that you are going through I’ve lived through it first, a few years ago, but I have been through it. I know you think that I’m just the mean older sister who knows nothing and just is there to be mean. But that is not true, it is the opposite.

I’m there to protect you from the bad that is in the world, I’m there to be there when the stupid boy breaks your heart and most of all I’m there to love you. I know that all that seems impossible but it is true. I’m the older one, therefore I’m the test drive for mom and dad. They were just learning things with me, but with you it’s the real deal, they’re pros now. I know you block me on things because whatever reason, but that’s not cool dude. I worry about you and like to be a part of your life through social media since I can’t be there in person, but I can’t when you block me on things. I get it, I get it, you think I’ll go tell mom or make fun of you for it. When in reality I probably will tell mom but only because we have the best mom who is super easy to talk to.

I know that you’re at that age where I’m the not cool older sister who knows nothing and all that jazz. But really, I do know some things, I mean not everything, but some pretty cool things. I try to tell you and teach you and hopefully some day you will see that I am just trying to help you because I love you. I also know that it may seem like you’re alone in all this, but remember you’re not. Everything that you have been through I have been through too. So, next time you think that I’m not here to help, remember that I am. I am your biggest advocate and will always be here to be on your team and to help you through life.
