Everybody's favorite It-Girl has just returned from a mysterious absence and was learning the hard way that you can never go home again.

Gossip Girl lets us see amazing fashion, crazy relationships, beautiful hair, and wild secrets. I'm sure we can all relate even if we don't own Jimmy Choo's and Chanel. Here are 11 life lessons "Gossip Girl" teaches us.

1. Your friends will probably date your ex's and it'll probably be insanely awkward.

Remember when Little J went mad and stole the Valentino? Watching little J hang on by the threads of her knock off coat was exhausting. Jenny taught us it's so important to not pretend to be someone else. You can't fit in where you don't belong. Be your own you!

5. It's okay to eat everything!


6. You have to ditch the toxic people.


7. Losing your v-card might not always be romantic.. sometimes it's even better. It's in the back of Chuck Bass' limo.
