Out of all of the songs on Divide, Save Myself gives one of the most important messages. All of my life, I've been drawn to people who need saving, I'm a fixer. I give people what they need and don't ask for anything in return. Save Myself is a message to me and to everyone else that nobody is more important to focus on than yourself.
