Dear person,
I am sure you’ve had plenty of headaches in your day. We all have had little headaches from stress and various sicknesses, but don’t undermine me for being sick when I get migraines because they are very different.
If I have to leave work or a situation, don’t look at me like a slacker and make me out to be the bad guy. Many people like me suffer from migraines and for some of us, it’s weather induced from the barometric pressure, while others can get them for various other reasons like allergies. Many people like myself can’t look at lights and details around us because it hurts too much. It often feels like we are being stabbed in the head or sometimes in one eye with a giant knife. With that stabbing feeling there can sometimes be a throbbing that is sometimes followed by the other intense symptoms while the body takes turns with all of these various symptoms, and after those I get the nausea that leaves me feeling so sick that eating feels like hell, but if I don’t try, I will get tremors, and sometimes I will get tremors from my migraine anyway, while other people will vomit because their pain is that intense.
My migraines, like most sufferers, are sometimes like an unexpected hell that I can’t get away from because with all of the symptoms I suffer from, there are people like me that get called lazy, weak, and an excuse maker that have a mixed bag of symptoms with their necks and other parts of the head, blurred eyes, and neck pain that is off and on with vomiting and other intestinal problems, so I have one thing to say to the person that calls my migraine “just a headache,” and that is that I shouldn’t wish this feeling of hell on to you, but I truly do. You need to understand it and get rid of your ignorant attitude, so I wish it upon you at least once to get how much people like me truly suffer while trying our hardest as we all feel like death while we suffer from our migraines in similar and different ways.
From,
