To The Girl Who Looks Up To Me,

First I just want to tell you I am so proud of you. You have already accomplished so much and I know your future is so bright. You are very smart and kind and I know whatever it is you decided to do, you'll be great at. You're becoming a beautiful, well round young lady. Keep up the hard work!

I know growing up and being in high school would've been easier if I had someone to look up to and seek advice from. I have made plenty of mistakes and I probably could've avoided those if I had learned from someone else's. I am so glad that I am there for you to ask questions and seek advice from. And see what not to do! Learn from my mistakes, and follow my successes.

Being your role model means the world to me. There were many people you could've chose and you picked me. A role model is defined as "a person whose behavior, example or success is or can be emulated by others". And being your role model has and forever will change how I act and what I do. You have truly changed my life for the better. Thank you; you have done more for me than I can ever do for you.

Continue to work hard in everything you do, be kind and gentle to others and don't forget to love yourself. I am always a phone call or text away. Don't ever hesitate to ask me anything.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
