A Letter To My Baby Sister

Anna,

What would I do without you? You are so loved by many, and I am so blessed God allowed me to be your big sister that spring day of March 19, 2002. I remember everything major that has happened in your life, from burning yourself on your birthday candle to falling off the slide in elementary school to the most recent knee issues.

I want you to know that I am always here for you. We fuss and fight literally all the time, but I wouldn't trade that to be anyone else's sister. Sometimes we want to kill each other, but deep down we love each other.

I have watched you grow up into a beautiful young over the almost 15 years that you've been on this earth. You have gone through bullies, fake friends, me going away to college, death, and so much more and you have been strong through it all. I admire your strength when people get you down. You always stick up for me and everyone you care about. When people get on my nerves you want to beat them up. When people are rude to me, you want to beat them up. You are such a feisty girl with such a small body.

You have grown your faith in God and you aren't afraid to show you love Him. To love Him is to love everyone, even if people get on your nerves.

I know you will get everything you want in life. You will go to school and be successful. You will have an amazing career. You will have a loving husband with beautiful kids-which I will spoil by the way. You will always be loved and cherished by me and so many others.

Never let anyone tell you that you're not good enough, or that you're not special or important. You are more than good enough, you are special, and you are important. Remember that.

Take the world by storm. Love God. Never be afraid to show your love for Him and others. Never be afraid to be yourself. Do what you love and be happy!
