A Letter To My Actors

Dear Beautiful, Wonderful, and Stupendous people,

Thank you for bravely putting yourself on display.

Thank you for sticking by my side through long nights and rehearsals.

Thank you for being so flexible.

Thank you for being reliable.

Thank you for caring.

Thank you for being dedicated through and through.

Thank you for loving the show as much as I did.

Thank you for bringing my vision to life.

You don't know it, but this experience we shared reaffirmed my path, my calling, and love for what I do. It wouldn't have been possible without you.

I hope I helped you grow.

I hope I gave you memories for a lifetime.

I hope I made you love what you do.

I hope I made this a good experience for you.

I know I will never forget this journey. My dreams are being realized and brought to life right before my eyes and it's because of you. What a treat, what a gift. My future finally is starting to make sense. It felt so right guiding you and walking with you through this journey, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

You were brilliant and my stars shined today, and I couldn't have been more proud.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
