These past years having you as my best friend have been more than I could have even imagined. We have been through so much together, and I would not change a single aspect of our friendship. We have gone through each stage of our lives together. From our awkward middle school years with terrible haircuts and lack of fashion sense to our dance-going, Netflix-loving high school years and now through our first year of college. We have seen each other at our worst and helped each other rise to become our best. It is because of these years that our friendship has become so strong and unbreakable. I will forever reminisce about our memories and continue to look forward to the experiences we will share in the future.
Your family is my family, and my family is your family. As soon as I walk through your door, I feel like I am in my second home. I am always welcomed with open arms by you, as well as each of your family members. This is true from my family to you as well. My parents love you like their own child. You are always welcomed into my home, and invited to family gatherings. This constant love and support from our families makes me cherish our friendship even more.
You are my collection of favorite songs, memories and photos. You have become such a big part of my life that I have shared the majority of my most meaningful moments with you. Honestly, I couldn't think of anyone I would want to share these times with other than you. You were there when I finally got my driver's license, after my first breakup and when my niece was being born. You have been my partner in crime through it all, and I cannot express enough just how much that means to me.
