To my dearest Big,

Joining a sorority was something I never imagined I would do, but I am extremely glad I did. Every moment has been an incredible experience, but one of my favorite things is knowing you. Who would've known I would meet someone as caring and wonderful as you are? A year ago, I definitely didn't. Soon there will be another addition to our perfectly beefy family, and you'll be a grandma (crazy, isn't it?). For now, I thought I would take a moment and write to you just how great you've made this past year.

First and foremost, you are one of my favorite people in the world. One of my biggest supporters and one of my best friends. I can always count on you for anything, and for that I thank you. Here's to you for being the best Big I could've ever asked for.

I remember when I first met you. You were this crazy, blonde-haired, sweet, sarcastic and lovable person. I knew I had to have you in my life. I messaged you on Facebook and immediately we hit off. We talked about everything - our love for peanut butter, Taylor Swift and sunflowers. From the first day of reveal week, you were my Big. You couldn't contain your excitement and neither could I. That week was the beginning of our beautiful big-little relationship (cheesy I know, but you love it).

You showered me with gifts, including the fuzziest owl blanket I have ever seen, which I still use every single day. You gave me your love from the minute you wrote me that first letter. I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. You have helped me with homework and you have talked to me for hours on end about anything and everything. Though we're both busy people, you always make time for me. You're a role model in so many ways and I hope you never change.

I can't imagine what I'll do next year after you graduate. I appreciate you more than you will ever know, but maybe this will help show you just a bit how much. I can only hope to become half the big and person you are. I love you.
