I'm sorry that you're going through a rough time. While I may not be able to understand how you're feeling right now, I have had many rough patches too, and I can empathize with whatever you may be feeling right now.
While right now it may feel like the struggle is going to last forever, I promise things will start to look up soon. You've already survived 100% of your worst days and that's pretty incredible (and reassuring!). You're so strong, and I promise you have it in you to make it through this challenging time. Even though you may not believe in yourself right now, I believe in you!
Your struggles are completely valid, and I promise there is nothing wrong with you. Don't let anyone tell you your struggles aren't important or valid because they're different than someone else's. No one needs to give you permission to have certain emotions, not even yourself. Emotions should never be judged.
I know that negative emotions and situations can be very frustrating and unpleasant, however they are actually really necessary because without knowing and feeling negative things we can't possibly know or feel positive things! Plus, even though it may be really challenging to find it now, every situation and feeling, no matter how horrible, has a silver lining.
I promise that if you persevere, you will make it past the struggle, and you'll become even stronger than you already are. You are so beautiful, valued, loved, important, and enough. You are destined to do great things in this life, and I know you already are. Life is a pretty incredible thing, and I promise that if you are mindful and start living in the moment you will find so much more light and hope.
Lastly, you are not alone. Never feel afraid to reach out for help because it does NOT mean you're weak, it means that you are very strong.
