Lecrae Is Coming To Eastern

There were rumors for weeks, but now we know that it's finally true. On January 12th, the rumors were made official that Lecrae is coming to Eastern, everyone. Now, I am pretty sure everyone is wondering how did Eastern pull this off? Well, let me tell you!

Lecrae is on a Higher Learning Tour to promote the new book that he wrote called, "Unashamed." It tells the story of Lecrae's life, and he talks about his depression and countless suicide attempts. The Higher Learning tour is going to be at countless universities, including Eastern University, Albright College and so much more. Lecrae will be on tour from February 9th to April 24th.

Accompanying him will be Liz Vice and DJ Promote. Liz Vice is a gospel breakout artist from 2015. I hope everyone looks forward to hearing her sing and her song style.

I know I am super excited for Lecrae to come to Eastern. It has been a life long dream of mine to see Lecrae live in concert. My hope is that I will be able to meet him, considering that his music drew me back to God. It has been a dream of mine to meet him, but we will see where it goes.

With all of this being said, I hope that everyone is excited for Lecrae to come to Eastern University. Hopefully, he will sing songs, such as, "Don't Wanna Waste Your Life," "Church Clothes," and more. Oh, yeah -- by the way, he also dropped a new album called, "Church Clothes 3." So this is gonna be an amazing concert.

So, everyone, whether you are from Eastern or not, go get your tickets, and I look forward to seeing a lot of people at the concert! I would also like to give a big shoutout Eastern University for making this happen, as well as, a huge thank you to Lecrae for coming to our school.

March 11th, Lecrae concert, Eastern University...Be there or be square!
