King of the Hill has to be one of my favorite shows. My brothers and I watch it all the time if it is on TV. We always make fun of Hank Hill when he gasps, "bwahhhhh" or when Boomhauer talks and you cannot understand him. We never knew where each character went to college, but here are some characters and the Ohio colleges that they would possibly attend.
Hank Hill- THE Ohio State University
Hank Hill is the main character in the show and is always on top of things. He was an excellent football player in high school that took his team to the State Championship. What better school than THE Ohio State University. OSU is one of the best schools in all of Ohio and they have a pretty good football team.
Peggy Hill- Ohio Northern
Peggy Hill, the wife of Hank Hill, was always the studious one in the show. She is a Spanish teacher and really knows her stuff. She likes to keep things clean and not become so open about personal things. Ohio Northern would be the perfect college for her because it is private and they are high in academics.
Bobby Hill- ITT Tech
Bobby Hill, the son of Hank and Peggy Hill, may not be the smartest kid on the block, but he sure does know his video games. He knows a lot about technology and knows that sports are not his thing. Bobby Hill would work out at ITT Tech and work on creating new video games or other soirts of technology in today's world.
Dale Gribble- University of Akron
Akron brings just about anybody to their school. They do have a great engineering program and know how to keep their campus clean. Dale is an insect exterminator, which should be obvious of what he does for his job. I can see Dale attending Akron and getting into chemical engineering since he knows how to work with bugs and can keep the campus clean.
Bill Dauterive & Cotton Hill- Army
No, these are not quite Ohio schools, but it is pretty obvious where these two would attend. Both Bill and Cotton served their country, but at different times. Cotton Hill, the father of Hank Hill, served in WWII in which he was ranked Colonel. He also received a Purple Heart and a Medal of Honor. It was never said when Bill fought but he was in the Army.
Boomhauer- Ohio University
Boomhauer is one of the craziest, yet, funniest characters on the show. Whether he is drinking or not, you cannot understand him. Boomhauer would fit at OU, going to every party possible and may occasionally take off his clothes and wear nothing but a thong.
Luanne- Kent State University
Luanne, the niece of Hank and Peggy Hill, is one of those quirky, yet odd characters in the show. Luanne loves anything from hair to make-up to fashion. Kent State is one of the top fashion schools around, not to mention they do pretty well with their parties on Halloween. I can see Luanne attending Kent State.
Joseph Gribble- University of Toledo
Joseph is an excellent athlete, especially good in football. I could not see him go to Ohio State just yet, but with a football team like Toledo, he could go there. Yes, as a BGSU student, I would love for Joseph to come here, but he would do better at Toledo.
Kahn- Case Western Reserve
Kahn is one of those neighbors that can get on your nerves when he opens his mouth. Despite all of that, he is very intelligent and someone you can see do great things in the world. Case Western Reserve is at the top and looks for the top students. Kahn would love it there.
Connie- Baldwin Wallace
Connie, the daughter of Kahn, is also very intelligent. She is excellent at playing the violin and loves the liberal arts side of things. At BW, in which it ismostly a liberal arts school, she would fall in love with it and be able to join the band.
John Redcorn- Bowling Green State University
John Redcorn, the son of Joseph, does not always appear on the show, but when he talks, it is always about his people and his land. He is Native American and always talks about his culture. At BGSU, we have a lot of land that I am sure John Redcorn would love to buy. I'm serious, we have land everywhere.
