'It's The End Of The World As We Know It:' A Playlist For The 2016 Election

In 2008, the American people made history by making Barack Obama our first African-American president. We made history again when we reelected him in 2012. Now, four years later, it’s election time again. But who should we vote for? After all, we’ve got so many good choices (not): Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Donald Trump…how can we possibly decide?

As someone who will be voting in November, I’ve been following the debates and the caucuses, and I don’t have high hopes for our country’s future given the current presidential nominees. However, I believe there’s a bright side to everything. Which is why, as an avid music lover, and a patriot, I’ve compiled a list of songs that perfectly sum up the 2016 political climate.
