Out of all the people that could meet with the president, Kim Kardashian is the one to talk about prison reform, really! If she is qualified to do that then I feel that anyone could walk in and just take a meeting!
How is she qualified? Now I do like Kim Kardashian, but really, just because Khloe went to jail for a DUI and was released a couple hours later does not mean she can start to run the prison system of America. I mean when is this going to end. We have a man in the White House who is a racist, homophobic, man and now he is meeting with celebrities to get advice. I mean we are the laughing stock of the world.
When Trump was elected president, the whole world was in shock. The main reason for his win was because of all the angry white voters that blamed everything on Obama. They came out in key parts of states that swayed the vote to help put the man we have in office in today.
Now President Trump is taking this presidency down the wrong place. He literally thanked Kanye West for his support and now Kanye's wife, Kim, is meeting him about prison reform. What's next, Kylie Jenner will be Secretary of Lip Injections and Kris Jenner will be the next president?
It is time that we actually take the advice of real people and try to listen to the public. This country is angry about what this man has done, and it is showing with protests and recent elections swaying in Democratic favor.
Now even though I just bashed the Kardashians, I feel that Kim had good intention but does she really think her opinion is going to change the world? Well her ass did and so did her sex tape, but that is beside the point.
The point that I am trying to make with this article is the fact that politics is nothing like it used to be. The United States used to be respected as a country and now we are the laughing stock of the world. We have a president who insults women on Twitter and in real life, makes endless comments that offend people, and takes advice from people who are famous for making a sex tape.
