I like Ulta. Although I am not a wearer of makeup, I do favor their products such as shampoo, conditioner, face cleanser, body lotion, and the occasional cologne. Yes, I'm a guy. So what? Let's talk about ULTA Beauty from a guy's perspective.
If you're like me, my taste is rather on the expensive side. So in order for me to spend at least $100 at a single store, there better be some good shampoo and conditioner. Ulta has everything from Paul Mitchell, to Redken, to Kenra, to OGX, the possibilities are endless. If you aren't aware of the difference between the two, let me explain. Shampoo cleans and strips the hair of dirt, oil, and whatever else you might have in your hair before a shower, and conditioner acts as a moisturizer and brings back all those minerals and vitamins your hair has been missing since your last shower. Although it is easier to buy the cheap "2-in-1" shampoo/conditioner bottle, separating the two is better because it gives your hair more time to be cleaned that way. My personal favorite shampoo and conditioner mix is the OGX Nourishing Coconut Milk. It makes your hair feel soft as silk.
Everyone has an idea about what does and doesn't work on their face to get rid of acne. Neutrogena does not work on mine. After Proactiv clears my acne, it tends to dry it up, so I switch out with something different. Every face will work differently with products. For the past three years, I have been alternating between Clean and Clear's Blackhead Eraser Scrub and Proactiv. The latter does seem to help exfoliate your pores on a deeper level. So keep that in mind while you're shopping for a different facial cleanser.

Although Ulta is in the more expensive range, it works. Ulta Beauty has more options in the various products than I believe I have seen. From name brands to generic, they will have it. Also the hip music playing through the speakers will get you in the mood for shopping and making yourself look and feel better. You can even get grapefruit flavored facial cleanser and lip balm made from goat's milk! The possibilities are endless.
