If girls were a season, they would be fall. If leaves could change colors and PSL’s were available all year round, girls would lose their minds. Fall to girls is like football to guys. It’s the best time of the year. No more trying to get tan or look good in bikini pictures because now you can wear baggy sweaters that cover the tan you never got and will never let you down in your latest Instagram picture. It is that time of year when candles that smell like every type of pumpkin imaginable and some you’d rather not imagine to smell. This is the season where shaving your legs is unnecessary because you’ll either have leggings or leggings on.
Fall is the best time of year because it has the best holidays. Halloween is a time where you can dress to be whoever you want to be, whatever you want to be. You could be a taco, or a donut, or a bad politician. It’s all up to the imagination. Thanksgiving is in fall, which means stuffing your face until you can’t pick up your fork anymore and taking endless selfies with your family because it is the only time when everyone actually got dressed and ready to see each other.
This season is the season why I have 6 oversized black sweaters and an endless amount of different leggings to go with my tall boots and frilly socks. Fall is the season for cliche pictures of girls with leaves in their hands and venti coffee from Starbucks. Don’t test a girl in her cute beanie that matches her socks and sweater. She stepped into this crisp fall air to dominate.
