I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! July 21st is National Ice Cream Day, but the beauty of this month is that we get to celebrate the gift of ice cream for 31 days! Ice cream might just be one of the greatest desserts when our sweet tooth desires something delicious and definitely satisfies any craving! It has been there for me at my lowest and highest points in my life. I want to highlight some of the most greatest, creative, and delicious flavors to exist! Ben and Jerry's has a total of 46 ice cream flavors, but here are some of the best and most enticing ones!

1. Americone Dream

With vanilla being the most popular flavor in the world, this ice cream flavor is the perfect choice for any vanilla lover! However, it has more to offer than just that. The Americone Dream is a combination of vanilla ice cream with fudge-covered waffle cone pieces and a caramel swirl.

2. The Tonight Dough

This extra-chunky concoction combines chocolate and caramel ice cream with chocolate chip cookie dough, peanut butter cookie dough, and a crunchy chocolate cookie swirl. Plus, Jimmy Fallon will be donating all proceeds from the sales of The Tonight Dough to the non-profit organization SeriousFun Children's Network. So, not only do you get to enjoy this delicious ice cream, but you also get to give back by helping children with serious illnesses!

3. Salted Caramel Almond

The creamy richness of this ice cream flavor is what makes it so legendary! The combination of vanilla bean ice cream with roasted almond slivers, fudge flakes, and a salted caramel swirl gives this flavor a rating of 5/5 stars!

4. Boom Chocolatta! Cookie Core

Ever had to decide between cookies and ice cream for dessert? Well, no more! This flavor is perfect for those who love both! The combination of mocha and caramel ice cream with chocolate cookies and fudge flakes meets a crunchy chocolate cookie core in the middle!

5. New York Super Fudge Chunk

This flavor has 40% more chunks than any other Ben & Jerry ice cream flavor! After a super launch for the NYC market in 1985, Ben’s chunky-chic blend spread far beyond the big city and became one of the most popular flavors! The combination of chocolate ice cream with white and dark fudge chunks, pecans, walnuts, and fudge-covered almonds is absolutely mouthwatering!

6. Vanilla Caramel Fudge

If you’ve been looking for reasons to try something chunkless, this container holds a vanilla-rich, fudge-luscious, and caramel-gooey pintful of them. This smooth and rich flavor is to die for!

7. Chubby Hubby

As a pretzel lover, this is one of my favorite flavors! I love some crunch in my ice cream, and if you do too, this flavor is perfect for you! It's a combination of vanilla malt ice cream with peanutty fudge-covered pretzels with fudge and peanut buttery swirls.

8. Coffee, Coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz!

Iced coffee is something I cannot live without! Every one of my mornings start with a cup of coffee! If you're like me, you might enjoy this ice cream flavor since it's packed with coffee deliciousness! The combination of coffee ice cream with espresso bean fudge chunks will leave you wide awake and in love with the flavor!

9. Mint Chocolate Cookie

This flavor is packed with pepperminty excellence and a bunch of chocolate cookie pieces! It's the perfect ice cream flavor for the summer and the winter!

10. Cherry Garcia

I'm not a lover of fruit in my ice cream, but from what I've heard, Cherry Garcia is worth the try! I love cherries, so maybe the next ice cream flavor I'll try is this one!

So if you want to try a different or unique ice cream flavor, try one of these--they're definitely worth the shot! I enjoy them and I hope you do, too!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
