Summertime is here, which means you now you have plenty of time to catch up on your favorite shows, maybe even try out a few new ones! If you haven't already, you should download a free trial right now and start streaming really great television shows. I love Netflix for movies and all, but Hulu is my go-to place for television series. Below are a few intense, drama-filled television series that will keep you on the edge of your seat. All four are different shows, but all four are excellent and highly recommended. Check them out so you can stay tuned when the new seasons return!
"American Grit"
This is a brand new television series that just finished wrapping up its first season, and wow, it was good! This was a competitive series about men and women competing on teams four different teams led by military heroes. They were constantly tested week by week with grueling challenges to determine in the end who has true "American Grit." The season just ended, so you can watch the first season from beginning to end.
"Blindspot"
There are several crime and suspenseful televisions series on air right now, but a fairly new and exciting season that just ended is "Blindspot." Unfortunately, I jumped on the "Blindspot" bandwagon about halfway through the season; however, I was immediately intrigued. Suspense, mystery, storyline, and fierce agents all in one. If you love to pretend you're an agent solving a puzzle (or tattoo) this one is for you. Be prepared for several surprises along the way!
"Ink Master"
I have never been a fan of tattoos until this show. Some of the best tattoo artists from all around the world compete head to head each week to determine who will become the newest Ink Master. Each week gets even more intense and rivalries form. If you get hooked on an episode, don't worry; there are seven full seasons you can catch up on!
"Shades of Blue"
"Blindspot" is still my favorite crime show I've watched on Hulu, but "Shades of Blue" was surprising good as well. This is a series about dirty cops, and all of a sudden one cop is caught by the FBI and is asked to turn against the team as an informant. Drama, lies, and loyalties are tested. The first episode is a little slow, but after that, it's like nonstop intensity.
