Those who return during this cheerful weekend
want to reminisce and see an old friend.
So many memories were made
and while some are gone, others will not fade.

not ones filled with late nights and stress.
From street painting to colorfully decorated boards,
or nights filled with fun attempting to earn awards,
to bonfires that light up the night sky,
or watching the football game and enjoying seeing that pigskin fly.
Homecoming was great
and one can't wait
for this time to come around again next year
