Who wouldn't want to eat Christmas dinner with the Jonas Brothers?

The holidays have officially come to an end. The spring semester is about to start and the leftover Christmas cookies have been thrown out. After sharing multiple meals with my entire family, I’m left thinking about how I’ll have to do it all over again once Easter comes. Of course, I love my family members but I can’t help wondering how the dinner time conversation would change with the addition of some unlikely guests. I’ve comprised a list of some celebrities who I would love to share a holiday meal with.

Tina Fey

Tina is one of my favorite actresses. She created “Mean Girls” which is one of the most quotable movies ever so she’d definitely have a lot of funny comments to make.

Chris Pratt

Judging by his Snapchat he’s super awesome. He’s also very versatile in his acting roles so I think he’d be able to adapt to the dinner time conversation no matter the turn it takes.

Nick Jonas

I’ve loved Nick Jonas since I was in seventh grade. I’ve listened to all of his music and watched all of his movies and various TV shows he’s been in so we’d have a lot to talk about. I wouldn’t want to sit next to him because I’d risk exposing all of the stalker-like information I know about him but If it were up to me he’d definitely be invited to my house for Christmas.

Zooey Deschanel

My favorite character from a TV show is Jess Day from “New Girl.” I really just want to meet Zooey to see how closely she resembles Jess and if we’re as alike as I hope we are.

Demi Lovato

I’ve also been a fan of Demi for a very long time. Ever since she starred in “Camp Rock” with the Jonas Brothers I’ve been obsessed. She’s best friends with Nick Jonas so of course, I had to include her.

Billy Eichner

If you don’t know who Billy is you need to go watch his TV show “Billy on the Street” immediately. He’s famous for hilariously dragging celebrities around New York City and having them play ridiculous pop culture trivia games. At a table full of celebrities I’m certain he’d have a lot to say.

Shawn Mendes

He’s super talented so I’m thinking he’d provide the perfect after dinner entertainment. By playing his guitar and singing some Christmas carols he’d certainly spread some holiday cheer.

James Corden

He hosts the “Late Late Show” and is probably one of the coolest people ever. As the name of his show suggests, though, it is on late late at night so I’m never awake to watch it. He’s had most of the people on this list on his show so he could help break the ice.

Amy Poehler

As if there wasn’t enough laughter at this table already, Amy adds some more. She portrayed Leslie Knope on “Parks and Recreation” who is arguably one of the greatest characters ever. She’s also great friends with Tina Fey so I’d like to sit in between the two of them in the hopes some of their funniness would rub off on me.

Anna Kendrick

Even though her book is titled “Scrappy Little Nobody” she is anything but. She’s been in tons of movies but still seems like a super down to earth person. I think having her at the table would add some nice contrast to balance out all the craziness.

Dave Franco

He’s just nice to look at.

My ideal holiday guest list is made up of a bunch of super talented and funny people. Having all of these people together in one room would definitely spark some interesting conversations.

Also Nick Jonas if there’s any chance you’re reading this and you want to come over for Easter dinner hit me up.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
