Hillary Clinton Is A Symptom Of America's Low Moral Standards

Support for Hillary Clinton tells us the voter who wants an honest politician is probably a myth.

Hillary Clinton Is A Symptom Of America's Low Moral Standards
The Kerbau - The Suiting Thread

“In the present case, it is a little inaccurate to say I hate everything. I am strongly in favor of common sense, common honesty, and common decency. This makes me forever ineligible to any public office of trust or profit in the Republic” ~ H.L. Mencken LIFE magazine, Vol. 21, No. 6, (5 August 1946)

If it is true that elected officials are a reflection of the people who elected them, then what does the current crop of cockroaches in Washington D.C. say about the American voter? Even worse: what does supporting, contributing and voting for the most corrupt person ever to run for the White House say about American moral fiber? It says first and foremost that Americans prefer lying politicians. It also indicates that average Americans practice politics just like professional politicians. After all, if you can vote for Hillary Clinton, then you don’t have a problem looking the other way while they enrich themselves through one government embezzlement scam after another. As a matter of fact, it seems many voters would rather vote for a con artist who is so brazen even the La Costra Nostra would be chagrined, than a business man who speaks his mind. I maintain that it is a myth that Americans want an honest politician.

Here is a rundown of Hillary “Rotten” Clinton’s escapades with Bill “Slick Willy” Clinton.

1. The Whitewater Real Estate scandal. 1978 - 1998

This scandal started in 1978 when Arkansas state AG Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton bought 220 acres of land in the Ozark mountains with James and Susan McDougal. This scandal involved a failed Savings and Loan Bank which was used as a means of illegally funding the Clinton political machine. This scandal lasted 20 years and during that time scandal after the scandal surfaced regarding the activities of the small savings in loan Madison Guaranty. One of the most interesting parts of the scandal is that it appears that the Clintons and their underlings were involved in scandals just over trying to cover up information about the Whitewater escapade. This scandal followed Bill Clinton from the governorship of Arkansas all the way to end of the second term of his Presidency. All in a day’s work when you are a Clinton.

2. The pay to play White House. 1992 to 1998

During their time in the White House, the Clintons also reportedly auctioned off and sold taxpayer-financed government goods and services in exchange for political campaign contributions and personal profit. Among the items sold by the Clintons, which Judicial Watch uncovered in various lawsuits, and the media and Congress in their investigations, were: 1) seats on overseas trade missions; 2) export licenses for high technology sales to communist China and elsewhere; 3) commissionerships and judgeships; 4) rides on Air Force One; 5) overnight stays in the White House’s Lincoln Bedroom; 6) graves at Arlington Cemetery; 7) meetings with key Clinton-Gore administration leaders; and other favors.” ~ Freedom Outpost

3. White House

I would hate to see how many towels and ashtrays the Clintons have from Hotels considering what they absconded with from the White House. The Clintons were still trying to square up missing items and explain the misuse of White House property up until 2005.

“After they were criticized for taking $190,000 worth of china, flatware, rugs, televisions, sofas and other gifts with them when they left, the Clintons announced last week that they would pay for $86,000 worth of gifts or nearly half the amount. Their latest decision to send back $28,000 in gifts brings to $114,000 the value of items the Clintons have either decided to pay for or return.” ~ ABC News

Not to mention over 21,000 dollars of intentional vandalism of the White House property committed to harass the incoming Bush Administration during the transition.

4. Senator Hillary Clinton offered to sell political favors in exchange for 790,000 dollars to rent an office suite in New York during Hillary’s Senate days. (reference the above links)

5. Clinton Global Initiative

This foundation was revealed only to spend 10 percent of its donations on its actual charitable causes. Since its founding, it has raised more than 2 billion dollars. CGI has been called by some a money laundering operation in which wealthy individuals and companies “donate” money and receive special political favors from the Clintons. The donated money is then used to fund lobbyists for Clinton political initiatives. The Atlantic online recently published an extensive article about Clinton corruption which included information related to the Clintons corruption.

6. The Clinton’s outrageous speaking fees.

Also published in the Atlantic online was a section which outlined the problem with the Clintons being paid huge fees to speak at public events by large, wealthy donor corporations. According to the Author Peter Schweitzer of the New York Times best seller Clinton Cash, these speaking fees are bribes. These started in 2001 with Bill Clinton and since then Hillary has also made speaking appearances for huge payouts. If Schweitzer is correct, (and few doubt his work) then these speaking fees are directly reliant on Hillary’s ability to grant political favors. First as a senator, then as the Secretary of State. If elected president it should be expected that the size of the payouts for “speaking fees” should grow quite large considering the ability of the President to grant political favors. Here is a link to the recently released free to watch documentary “Clinton Cash.” It was produced by Breitbart News and Peter Schweitzer and is based closely on the Schweitzer’s best-seller of the same name.

7. Wiki-leaks and Hillary’s private server.

Thanks to Wiki-Leaks the public found out that Hillary had broken the law by keeping classified state secrets on an unapproved, unsecured email server, and that it had been hacked multiple times by foreign intelligence agencies, and independent hacker groups. It also became public knowledge that Hillary Clinton lied to Congress and the FBI regarding whether the server had been used to email top secret information. Bill Clinton’s private meeting with the U.S. attorney general right before the federal investigator’s refusal to pass the case on to the prosecution was also an obvious case of corrupt pay for play.

8. Rigging of the Democrat Primary by Clinton cronies.

Huge email leaks before, during, and after, the Democratic National Convention shows that not only was the Democratic National Committee engineering the primary for Hillary Clinton but that the head of the DNC, Debbie Wasserman Schultz was a Clinton operative put in place to deliver the nomination to Hillary at all costs.

Has Donald Trump done anything even remotely as ugly as this in his background? It is not very likely. It is highly improbable that the last 5 Presidents have that many corruption scandals added up between them, and the list of scandals presented here is not an exhaustive list. There has never been a more corrupt person running for president of the United States in its entire history, and yet Trump is trailing Clinton in national polls. What this says about the American people is very sad indeed.

If the people elected to high office are a reflection of the society which elects them, then the level of support for Hillary Clinton says terrible things about America. It means that Americans would rather be told a lie than an uncomfortable truth. It also means that Americans would rather vote for known criminal as long as that criminal will tell them what they want to hear. It means Americans and America are not special people who have solid common sense. It also means that America is nothing but a big banana republic.

It means that the American public who decry corrupt politicians are just hypocrites.

Worst of all, if Hillary Clinton is elected President it means that the American people have very low moral standards.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
