Hi Future Boyfriend,

It's nice to meet you. I'm glad that you've decided you want to let me share part of your life with me and that I can share part of my life with you. This isn't about to be a letter where I tell you all of the things that I don't want from you, this is a thank you and a congratulations letter. You've made it this far and I'm kinda really proud of you.

Thank you for making me such a happy person. Thank you for looking at me and deciding that when I smile I make you smile and thus we are both winning at the game called life. Thank you for sacrificing your face to make me laugh at you when I've had a challenging day that makes me want to hide under my covers and watch a sappy movie.

Thank you for calling me so I can hear your voice. In our current day and age nobody wants to take the time to chit chat on the phone but it's nice to hear your voice because it makes the distance between us feel that much smaller.

Thank you for holding me accountable. I appreciate that you know we're both in school trying to further our education. The point of us wanting to gang up isn't so we get behind in school but rather that we can help to motivate each other to the best of our abilities and that at the end of the day we can go to bed feeling accomplished at our hard work and mutual educational understandings.

Thank you for asking how my day is going. Its nice to have someone who is curious as to what I've been up to all day and allow me to vent about whatever I need to share. Thank you for being an unselfish individual and understand that sometimes we have to put a part of us on hold to help the other person. At the same time, I promise that I will be able to do the same thing for you also.

Thank you for asking me what I think about decisions in your life. I know that you don't have to ask me what I think, but I really admire how you value my thoughts and opinions. It makes me realize that you aren't just wasting my time.

Thank you for taking me out on a date and proving to me that you are a real gentleman and that you have ambitions and goals. Thank you for sharing those inward parts of yourself. I love how we can laugh together and make light of a situation, it really makes my heart happy.

Thank you for being curious if my family would like you. I'm not one to share my family with just anyone and I hope that you can realize you will need to prove yourself just as I will need to prove myself in order to meet your family. It's just your basic give and take and I'm glad that we can both agree.

Last but not least, thank you for going the extra that nobody has before. Your talents and your quirks have all been admired and counted for. So here's to us, here's to our future, and here's a thank you for being perfect.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
