Hey, BF...Thank You

I know I do not say it enough.

Hey, BF...Thank You

When you date someone, sometimes you overlook the little things. It is important to pause and take a minute to thank your boyfriend for all he does for you. So thank you for…

1. Liking my pictures.

I can always count on you for an Instagram like. You like all the “pretty” pictures I post but you also do not mind all of the ugly ones. You have seen some pretty bad pictures whether from Snapchat or the pictures my friends have sent you of me.

2. Tagging me in memes.

Whenever I see a notification pop up that you tagged me in a comment or a post, I get a big smile on my face.

I know it is going to be something cute like a dog video or something sweet and they always make me smile.

3. Food.

We both know I am a terrible cook. Even if you set off the smoke alarm sometimes, you are still a better cook and always know that I am happy when I am not hangry.

Making me food or getting me Chick Fil A is always the way to make me happy.

4. Not getting annoyed with me.

I take a lot of selfies. No matter if I am sending Snapchats to my best friends when I am with you or sending you Snapchats you never get annoyed.

Even when I make you get pictures with me and make you keep retaking them since I do not like them at first, you never get annoyed. You are always so patient with me especially when I get lost going somewhere.

5. Listening to me vent.

Even though you usually have no idea what I am talking about half of the time when I am venting to you, you are still there to listen to me.

6. Helping me.

Especially after I was just venting to you, you help me find a solution to my problems. If you are not helping me with social problems, then it is math problems or problems with technology. You deal with my blonde moments and help me solve whatever I did because of them.

7. Giving me attention.

Even when I bug you while you are working, you still reply to me. If you are doing anything else, you still do not forget about me. You give me lots of attention every day and always make me feel like a Princess.

Thank you for everything you do for me. I know I do not pause to say those two words to you enough. So thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you for all that you do for me every single day!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.
